Description

This is our DUNA-LUX project, which has not been presented yet, however it is considered to be a very nice opportunity.
A building plot – capable of being a future four-star hotel – is located 5 km away from Budapest in the North at the center of a settlement alongside the River Danube. The project – all plans included – costs 700 million HUF + VAT.
According to the building permit it is to be a hotel and wellness center, in which 270 rooms will be found, and to which a yacht-dock would be connected.
The complex can be reached from the capital city via Szentendrei road toward the North. It approximately takes 20-25 minutes. Leaving behind Szentendre the road goes alongside the River Danube surrounded with aboriginal trees.
The building plot is situated in the center of a 2,5 hectare big settlement, just along the public road, the Danube and with romantic greenery all around. The Strandfürdő (Open-air Bath) is located in the neighborhood, where an all-season open indoor pool serves the visitors.
The plot is a rectangle-shaped lengthwise parallel with the streaming of the River Danube. The building extension would be approximately 18000 square meter. Along the plot a wellness complex block is situated which would utilize thermal waters and would create connection to the beach.

The three, here and there four floors complex is divided into a wing parallel to the road and four wings perpendicular to it. Approximately 270 rooms, conference rooms, restaurants, lounges and cafés are found. Skipping and renewing a block of the old complex a 360 panorama restaurant was dreamed by the architect – sitting at its tables the view of the Danube would be irresistible.
The plot is only separated from the Danube by a narrow meadow, where a walkway and a cycle track taken its place.
The yacht dock situated in the front of the complex is part of the project to which further facilities, restaurant with panorama and gas station would also connect.
